Truth. Goodness. Beauty
When Melissa first reached out about her intimate wedding planned for Black Friday I was intrigued right away! Typically weddings are set for Saturdays, but since this celebration would be immediate family only event during Covid the Friday after Thanksgiving seemed to be the perfect fit. At the trial, Melissa and I scouted all the rooms of her house to find the perfect spot to do our makeovers. As soon as we walked into the room, I knew we found it! She has the cutest little blue room upstairs that had the perfect view of the ceremony spot. We may or may not have watched Anne take some of the detail photos the day of the wedding ;) The lighting was great, the room was nice and open, and there was a table the perfect size to fit all my makeup. Win, win, win. We went for a blush toned eye and berry lip for the trial and switched it up to a more brown and gold eye with winged liner for the wedding day. It all felt very glamorous and exciting considering I rarely do winged eyeliner and we added in more lashes for a fuller look. You can see the before and after photos at the end of this post. Oh and I forgot to mention, her baby sister is a redhead so obviously my ginger heart was very happy to work with her too! I just love witnessing sister dynamics, its the sweetest and I could tell these sisters really loved each other! And with that enjoy some of my favorites captured by the amazing Anne Troxel Photography! -Jor Congratulations to the happy couple! Before and After Photos
